Online renewals for 2026/2027 end on the 15th September
The Online Renewal window for Odiham u3a ends on 15 September 2026. On this date, members who have not paid their subscription will be considered lapsed.
If you wish to renew your membership after this date, you need to email the membership secretary
There are two ways of logging onto the u3a system that allows you to perform your membership renewal (this system is known as "The Beacon Portal").
If you have not logged onto the Beacon system before, then you will need to supply various pieces of information (u3a membership number, etc) and then setup an email/password combination to log into the system in the future. For detailed instructions on how to do this, and on how to renew your membership once you have done this, please do here.
If you have logged into the Beacon system before, you will have setup an email name and password with which to log on. If this is your situation, then go here to renew your Odiham and District u3a membership.
Please note that you cannot attend u3a meetings (taster sessions excepted) unless you are a u3a member because you will not be covered by u3a's insurance.
