This group provides an opportunity for some enjoyable and beneficial exercise.
The aim is to ride on the first Tuesday of every month for about 10 miles, which should take about an hour.
However, there are no speed or time targets and the weather will have to be suitable.
At members request, we can increase the frequency and distance of the rides.
