We all chose the books to read, putting forward our personal choices. In previous years, we have had a great variety of fiction and non-fiction books.
With each member enjoying different genres and writing styles, we have all been introduced to new authors as well as revisiting some who inspired us to read more of their work.
So far this year we have read The Ginger Tree by Oswald Wynd, May we be Forgiven by A M Holmes, The Promise by Damon Galgut and The Good Sister by Sally Hepworth.
We still use a WhatsApp group to contact each other.
