Monthly meeting booking help

  • Click on the "Book your place at the meeting" button. This will take you to the ticketing system run by Ticket Source.

  • From the list of Events shown, choose the one you wish to attend and click the blue "Book Now" button immediately to the right of this title. Take care not to press the "Book Now" of any other event which may be showing.

  • As before, on the first page after you click "Book Now", you need to show the number of tickets that you want, even if it is just for you, by changing the number from the default zero to 1 (or 2 if you're booking as a couple). Click "Continue".

  • On the next page, tick the box "I've read the Customer Purchase Policy". This is no need to read this as it is only relevant if you are paying for a ticket.

  • Click "Checkout" and fill in your details as Booker.
    • For 1st Attendee Details click the "Copy Booker's Details" box just below to save writing your details in again.
    • If you're booking more than one ticket, you need to fill in the 2nd Attendee name, even if you still give your own email as the contact.

  • At bottom of this page click "Book Tickets" and you'll receive a Booking Confirmation email. If you get no email, your booking has not been made, or you've put in someone else's email address. Press "Back" to see what's happened or just start again.

  • There is no need to print out your confirmation as the ticketing system, Ticket Source, gives us a list of everyone booked so we just need your name as you arrive.
